I took these photographs on location in Namibia, Uganda, and South Africa while traveling in the summer of 2014. More photos from this adventure will be available in a few weeks and include pictures from the Kalahari Desert, the Namib Wilderness with its awe-inspiring, massive red sand dunes, Etosha National Wildlife Park, Damaraland Elephant Reserve and the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and Mountain Gorilla Reserve in Uganda. I am currently selling prints of these photos to raise money for the Bwindi Community Initiative Program (B.C.I.P.) which supports the Nkuringo Orphanage and a primary school and children’s music education program.
These photographs were all taken on location in Belize. They include shots of the Mayan ruins of Caracol, the rainforests in San Ignacio, the Rio Frio Cave, and the South Water Island, fifteen acres of sand in close proximity to a world famous diving destination, the Blue Hole.
These photographs were all shot on location in Ecuador. I was there with the RISD architecture department constructing a pavilion/bustop in the coastal village of Pile. For more info on this project click here. The photos are from Quito, several coastal towns in Manabi and Isla Plata.
These photographs were shot on site in Providence, RI. I have always had a fascination with graffiti and its culture. This was my effort to document some of the hotspots around my city which have since been destroyed/leveled.
